Alongside its high-speed foiler trimaran
work the BGV Innovation design office is developing various
other applications and construction projects; like
research/scientific and global positioning vessels e.g.
ix-Survey, a giant powerboat catamaran whose design was
commissioned by the Nicolas Hulot Foundation; a range of
high-speed monohull container-carriers and fast monohull
patrol-boats and interception craft.
Not limiting itself to pure ship design
there are also other interesting projects involving
anti-capsize systems, a rescue torpedo and also an
earthquake-resistant housing unit.
